A premium after-school triathlon and multi-sport program for international school students — elementary through high school — coached by former national-team athletes at Tancheon Sports Complex, and fully managed by us from first consultation to race day. 국가대표 출신 코치진과 함께 탄천종합운동장에서 진행되는 국제학교 학생 대상 프리미엄 방과후 철인3종·멀티스포츠 프로그램입니다. 초등부터 고등까지, 첫 상담에서 대회 출전까지 전 과정을 저희가 직접 운영합니다.
One base, many arenas하나의 훈련 기반, 여러 개의 무대
One training foundation — swim, bike, and run — carries into triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, and standalone running and cycling events, so one becomes many. Students collect real races on the city and provincial calendar, year-round. 수영·사이클·러닝이라는 하나의 훈련 기반에서 철인3종·듀애슬론·아쿠아슬론, 그리고 러닝·사이클 단일 종목까지 — 하나의 훈련이 여러 개의 무대로 이어집니다. 학생들은 시·도 대회 캘린더를 따라 연중 실제 대회 기록을 쌓아갑니다.

Designed for students whose strengths — endurance, discipline, self-direction — shine brightest in an individual arena. With a smaller youth field, podium finishes are realistically within reach, and students before them have already taken this pathway into university. 지구력·성실함·자기주도성 — 개인 종목 무대에서 강점이 가장 빛나는 학생을 위해 설계했습니다. 유스 저변이 작은 종목이기에 입상은 현실적으로 도달 가능한 목표이며, 앞서 이 길을 걸어 대학에 진학한 학생들의 사례가 있습니다.
Safety & measurement안전 체계와 측정 사이클
Former national-team coaches lead every session; swim sessions run with two coaches and small groups. A 12-week, four-phase curriculum measures progress at weeks 1, 6, and 12, with regular growth reports to families. 모든 세션을 국가대표 출신 코치가 이끌며, 수영 세션은 코치 2인·소그룹으로 운영합니다. 12주 4페이즈 커리큘럼으로 1·6·12주차에 성장을 측정하고, 정기 리포트로 가정에 전달합니다.

Built into the school journey교육과정과의 연계
The program is built to work within both the IB and AP curricula. For IB students, individual training logs and reflections are structured as CAS evidence across the seven learning outcomes; for AP-track students, it serves as a signature extracurricular built on sustained commitment. NCAA women's triathlon is an emerging varsity sport, and the program prepares college-pathway materials for applications in the U.S., U.K., and beyond. 프로그램은 IB와 AP 교육과정 모두와 연계됩니다. IB 학생에게는 개인 훈련 기록과 리플렉션이 7개 학습성과 기준의 CAS 증빙으로 정리되고, AP 트랙 학생에게는 꾸준함으로 쌓아 올린 대표 비교과 활동이 됩니다. NCAA 여자 트라이애슬론은 신흥 대학 스포츠 종목이며, 미국·영국 등 지역별 대학 진학 자료 준비를 지원합니다.
College-pathway materials — athletic resume, race footage, coach recommendations, and certified records — are provided as support for each student's applications; admissions decisions rest with schools and universities. 운동 이력서, 대회 영상, 코치 추천서, 공인 기록 등 입시 연계 산출물은 학생의 지원 과정을 돕는 자료로 제공되며, 입학 결정은 각 학교와 대학의 권한입니다.
